Neil Palmer

Neil Palmer is a writer and musician living on the South Coast of England. His current work includes an ongoing songwriting collaboration with English visionary artist, Billy Childish, which recently resulted in "Poets of England" an album of songs written and performed under the name The Vermin Poets.
