Introducing Cootamundra MusicCootamundra Music was established by Malcolm Tattersall in 1982, primarily to publish and sell his own music. For the next ten years it was part of a co-operative arrangement with other self-published Australasian composers for recorder (Lance Eccles, Peter Madge, Cenarth Fox, John Rimmer and Suzanne Palmer-Holton) but Malcolm's move from Melbourne to Townsville made this impractical and in 1998 Cootamundra again became a single-composer publisher. All Cootamundra Music publications are now computer-set and printed on heavy-weight bond paper. Music for woodwind ensemble or junior concert band was added in 2003, and Malcolm's debut CD appeared under the Cootamundra name in 2002.
