The purpose of this issue of the newsletter is simply to let you know about a number of coming events. Thank you to Lynn Saunders for collecting and checking all these details. Further details about these events will be presented in later issues of the newsletter.
The April play day is on April 18th at the Heritage Tearooms on Hervey Range. The leader is Pam Cocks and the theme is Australian bush songs. NQRS has been nominated for a Townsville City Council cultural award in the RADF (Regional Arts Development Fund) category for last year's Regional Partnerships Project to bring Robyn Mellor to conduct workshops and perform in a concert.
