MULTICOLOR AUSTRALIA offers a choice of two proofing systems so you can see your publication as it will appear on the press. Both of these systems are substrate/laminate based which means no messy overlays and an accurate proof.

Chromalin proofing is an industry standard powder based system and we can proof your job in any size up to A1 (594x840) + bleed from both positive and negative films. Chromalin proofing offers the added flexibility of special colours in addition to the four process colours. This range of special colours includes metallic gold and silver powders.

The other proofing system available at Multicolor is Fuji Proofing. Fuji proofing is a laminate based system and although Fuji offers several extra colours in the lamination range, this system is really suited to 4 colour work.

Multicolor Proofing
The main advantage that Fuji has over Chromalin proofing is the ablilty to be transferred on to virtually any stock. This means that you can see what your job will look like on the stock on which it is being printed. Fuji proofing at Multicolor is limited to A2 (420x594) + bleed and can be performed with either positive or negative films.
