ENROLMENT POLICY

CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT

Enrolment can be made in person at the Morley Training Centre or by mail, by completing an enrolment form and sending it to: Morley Training Centre, 22 Russell Street, Morley WA 6062 or by fax on 9275 8466.
Full course fees are payable prior to course commencement unless the booking has been arranged through an agency or business which is then payable upon invoice.
Payment can only be accepted in cash, cheque or money order. Eftpos and Credit Card facilities are NOT AVAILABLE.
Please make cheques payable to "North East Region Training Association" · Bookings are subject to availability and are considered tentative until payment or agency approval is received.
NERTA, Morley Training Centre reserves the right to cancel, defer or change course dates and times in the case of insufficient enrolments.
If you are interested in any courses that do not have current dates or do not appear in the brochure, please phone 9375 1977 with your details, and we will contact you when dates are confirmed.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS

Withdrawal from a training course will incur a $50 administration fee. The balance will be refunded only where notice is given not less than 10 working days prior to course commencement. If a late course withdrawal is due to illness, a doctor's certificate must be sighted.
Course transfers can be arranged only where notice is given, not less than 10 working days prior to course commencement.
Requests for deferrals of a course at the time of commencement, due to illness, or other unforeseen circumstances shall require approval of the Manager. Where approval is granted the client will be placed in the next available course. Any future requests for deferral of the same course will incur a full payment of course fees. Where approval is not granted, re-enrolment can be negotiated and existing course fees will apply.
