Professional Charcoal Skewer BBQ for Restaurant or Catering Business

Loads / unloads 40 skewers at a time. Each skewer is individually turned.

Operator makes sure all skewers are inserted correctly. Cooking time is 5mins.

Fully enclosed, operator can check skewers without smoke in their eyes. Built-in fan extracts all smoke.

Can be portable and used at food & wine festivals / market stalls or private catering jobs. Requires electrical power outlet to drive exhaust fan and skewer rotisserie. Can also be connected to 2-stroke power generator for complete portability.

Constructed in stainless steel, this enclosed grill system can be wall mounted or placed on a stand in a commercial kitchen.

For a restaurant, pizzeria or cafe, the unit must be placed directly under a commercial exhaust hood. If on display where customers can view, proper barriers must be in place from touching the device as well as for hygiene.
