INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

PAYMENT

We require payment prior to despatch.

10% surcharge applies to all International Orders.

Credit Cards - Bankcard, Visa Card or MasterCard (Minimum $AUD25.00).

Bank Draft in Australian Dollars.

Payment is preferred by the above methods.

Bank Transfer or Foreign Currency - $AUD20.00 Bank conversion fee applies.

POSTAGE & HANDLING

Despatch is by Airmail unless requested otherwise.

Postage & Handling includes a Customs Declaration fee of $AUD5.00.

IMPORT PERMITS

Please check with your local authority to find out whether an Import Permit is required.

PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATES

Some countries require a Phytosanitary Certificate to accompany the seed parcel. At your request, we can obtain this from our Australian Quarantine Inspection Service. The certificate may take up to 2 weeks to obtain. Check with your local authority (Department of Agriculture) to determine if one is required. Minimum cost $180.00, depending on size of order, ask for quote.

NOTE

SOME COUNTRIES MAY REFUSE TO ACCEPT PARCELS WHICH DO NOT HAVE CORRECT DOCUMENTATION. A REFUSED PARCEL MAY BE DESTROYED OR RECOVERED AT ADDITIONAL COST. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT ALL THE NECESSARY IMPORTATION REQUIREMENTS ARE MET. CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL AUTHORITY TO DETERMINE THESE REQUIREMENTS.
