A:  8.30am to 4.30pm Western Australian Standard Time

 

Q:  Can I pay by Credit card?

A:  Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Bank Card for orders over $25.00

 

Q:  Can I pay on account?

A:  International customers - No.  Australian customers - Yes (14-day terms),

but we require payment prior to despatch for all new customers.

 

Q:  Do you have a surcharge on credit card payments?

A:  No.

 

Q:  What are the smallest seed packets available?

A:  Practically all of our species are available in small $1 packets.

 

Q:  Do you supply non-Australian plant seed?

A:  We supply only a very limited number. Refer to our Exotics Seed List

 

Q:  Do you have a list of plant common names?

A: No, but you can use this website: Common Names of Australian Plants

to find botanical names from common names & vice versa.

 

Q:  Do you supply plants - seedlings, tubestock, mature plants?

A:  No.  We supply seeds only.

 

Q:  Do you have %-viability information for our seed?

A:  Estimates can be given for most species.  Seedlots can be tested at extra cost (POA).

 

Q:  How much is Postage?

Q:  Can I place back-orders?

A:  Yes – upon request, but no back-orders on $1 packets.
