John Cleland

John Cleland first learned psychology at university - along with sociology.
He's since dabbled in accounting, finance, law, computing, training, counseling, creative writing, massage and public speaking. As well as writing some tertiary level certificate courses.
But he is still very interested in how we learn about the things that are important to us. He puts a high price on questioning, curiousity, listening, making - and learning from - mistakes, humour, creativity, and solving problems in groups. He agrees with Plutarch who said that the mind is not a vessel to be filled, but a fire to be kindled.
