Bircher Muesli - also known as "Soggy Muesli!"



This recipe comes from the Headlands Resort in Hardy Bay, New South Wales, Australia and was published by Australian Gourmet Traveller magazine, March 1997


Soak wheat in milk for several hours, or easiest - overnight. Add rest of ingredients in the morning, chill well before serving. Yum Yum

Chicken and Champagne Sausages


Poach some top quality chicken sausages in a cup of room temperature champagne for a few minutes. Finish off under the grill to brown them. Serve with home-made hash browns and apple glazed in a fry pan with brown sugar. Oh, and chill the rest of the bottle and serve that too! And don't expect to get much done for the rest of the morning!!!
