Boarding Rates                                            

Charges are calculated per calendar day and count the day of arrival and departure. ie. Check-In on Friday 3rd and Check-Out on Monday 6th = 4 days Accommodation Fees.

All prices are based on individual accommodation, only pets from the same household will be able to have shared accommodation. Boarding rates do not include additional services such as: Veterinary Treatment or Optional Extras. 

Peak Periods 

Our peak periods are all Northern Territory School holidays. Be sure to book in early for these periods and please also remember that a NON-REFUNDABLE 10 day deposit is required no later than 2 weeks after the booking is made. A Deposit Invoice will be emailed to you at time of booking with the due date. The balance is due at time of check-in.

Deposits / Payment                                       

Deposits are required for all Easter, September/October, June/July & December/January period bookings.

Deposits must be paid by due date on invoice for confirmation or booking may be cancelled.

For cancellations with 15 days or more notice deposits will be held and credited to another booking within 6 months, less than 15 days notice deposit will be forfeited. 

Payment/balance for all bookings is required in full, for the dates booked, at time of check in. Changes to the dates booked during check in will not be accepted during peak periods and there are no refunds for early pick-ups. The full period booked will be charged in all holiday periods.

We except Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard or Direct Deposit.
