Whats this all about? Its a telescope in a backyard shed with a flip top roof.  Its remote controlled, solar powered and a lot of it is DIY

 

What does it do? Its primarily used to study asteroids however it can image almost anything in the night sky such as planets, galaxies, Nebula etc.

 

Why? "To boldly go where no man has gone before". I hope to use it to make my own discoveries like finding variable stars, asteroids and comets.
