a Medieval & Rennaissance Martial, Arts, Crafts, Hobbies &
Lifestyle Club
called the SCA, Society or Society for Creative Anachronism, and it's
WA chapters currently are,

Dragons Bay, together and independantly they hold regular
gatherings, meetings, practices and workshops to further their
understanding and knowledge of history and the people who lived, loved,
fought, conquered, discovered, destroyed, invented & ruled.

Suburbs, Rockingham, Kwinana, Mandurah, Murray, Serpentine-Jarrahdale,
Southwest, Bunbury, Harvey, Donnybrook, Collie, Busselton, Albany,

We create events and opportunities to join in activities such as
Camping, Feasts & Feasting, Tournaments, Battles, Sieges, Archery,
Dancing, Heraldry, Costuming, Armouring, Leatherwork, Woodwork,
Jewellry, Sewing, Brewing, Cooking, Bakery, Metalwork,
Blacksmithing, Bladesmithing, Shoe Making, Tent making,Tailors,
Coblers, Calligraphy, Illumination and penmanship as might be practiced
by Nobles, Royals, Royalty, or their households, retinues or retainers
in the dark, early, middle, late, rennaisssance or golden ages,
crusades or journey's of discovery,
Beer, Ale, Cider, Mead, Methelglin, Maser, Cordial, Wine, Bread,
Loaves, Cobs, Pies, Pasties & other Baking, firepits, spits and
roaring fires complement the bardic circles with there drumming,
dancing, singing, tale telling, poetry and friendly comradeship,
Weapons, Swords, Spears, Maces, Axes, Halberds, Daggers, Bows, Cross
bows, Arrows, Slings, Siege Engines, Trebuchets, Mangonels, Cannon,
Catipults, & Onagers, Armour, Helmets, White Harness, Lamellar,

Coronets, Circlets, Coathardies, Houpallands, Chemises, Tunics, Bliaut,
Sideless surcoats, veils, cloaks, wimples and coifs,
Saxon, Viking, Celt, Celtic, Norse, Romans, Russian, Germans,
Landsknetchs, French, English, Scottish, Italians, Highlanders,
Hussites, Greeks, Mongols, Byzantines, Turkish, Crusaders, Templars,

Chivalry, valour, renown, courtesy, courtly behaviour, skill at arms,
noblesse oblige, cunning, daring do, can be seen and done with our
Knights, Lords & Ladies, Prince & Princes, Kings & Queens,
merchants and burghers, in our cantons, colleges, shires, baronies,
principalities, and Kingdom of Lochac.
Join us in the simple past time of recreating some part, thing or a
range of things from an
accurate recreation, an Athurian interpretation of the history and
tales of Europe and
beyond, or a sort of medieval creation, there is room for all, be it
real, imagined or simply anachronistic.
