Students members may be eligible for student travel subsidies to attend ASPAB conferences .  Application should be made on the Student ASPAB Travel form. The form and accompanying receipts should be submitted to the ASPAB conference organising committee.

The following criteria must be met:-
 
 

	At least 12 months membership prior to the Conference
	Students must present an oral or poster paper
	Students provide a Proof of Student Status letter on departmental letterhead and signed by the supervisor or Head of Depatment.  The letter must indicate that the greater part of the work was the student's
	Copies of receipts are required

Travel grants are made on a pro-rata basis based on distance travelled.  The Society will pay up to 50% of the cheapest transport fare or A$250.00 (whichever is less). The funds available are paid from conference profits and the amount available for each student is dependent upon the number of applicants and the availability of funds.
