Preparation of a Masterplan, in conjunction with Alex Tzannes & Joshua Farkash - Architects, for a 4ha redevelopment site located adjacent to Southern Cross Drive at Zetland. The development site is designed to provide a mixture of commercial space and approximately 900 apartments in a series of buildings ranging from 4 to 30 storeys in height.
