Three Hofmann Mark 1 Portable Line Boring Machines

This equipment has the capability to machine bores from 32 mm up to and in excess of 800 mm and in set ups of up to 6 metres in length.

This equipment is also set up with automatic I.D. welding attachments that can weld from 25mm diameter up to 1000 mm. The I.D. welders use Kemppi inverter power sources one of which is 320 amp and two of 400 amp capacity. The Kemppi’s can run manual stick, MIG, TIG and Arc air torches.

180 mm Diameter Facing Head.

This attachment faces from 0 mm up to around 350 mm.

230 mm Diameter Facing Head.

This attachment can face diameter in excess of 800 mm.

ALIGHNMENT ATTACHMENT

By using this equipment it is possible to check and machine alignments to within .03 mm over 6 metres.
