If you want to get fit do less of the talk,
And a whole lot more of the walk.
[Greg, Mosman Park]
Getting fit is overrated
You'll never find 'lounging' hated
[Rhonda]
Trim, taut and terrific is the aim;
Your butt will never be the same.
Bulging muscles everywhere;
Emulating Constable Care.
[minnie]
Arnold's Muscles*
Muscles are all well and good
But his...they bulged and upright stood
I wanted to call to him to "Stop!"
With one small poke they'd surely pop
[and even if the muscles don't the veins surely do - Rhonda]
Arnold's muscles are OK, i guess.
It is Arnold's teeth which really impress!
Large and square and made of steel
An iron man - but how much is real???
Steriods, steriods all the way;
His heart could give out any day.
[minnie]
I pop a pill to stop repose
I pop a pill so eyes will close
I pop a pill when feeling sad
I pop a pill when I am mad
So many pills, some green, some blue
But none affect me quite like you.
I guess this is a poor version of Huey Lewis' "I want a new drug". The was a hue and
cry over it because it "promoted drug use". In reality the song was about the fact
she (whoever 'she' was) made him feel so much better than any drug could.
[Rhonda]
But the one which stands, of time, the test
Is pink medicine. It always works the best.
[minnie the pink]
When not just any one will do
Choose the one with Pinkish hue
[Rhonda]
"UP THE PINK !!!!!!" our battle cry
Whether it's diamonds or medicine you buy.
[minnie]

*Arnold's Muscles
Arnold the pig's another matter
A porcine star that just grew fatter.
[Rhonda]
The only porcine stars of which i am aware
Are Babe the piglet and Miss Piggy the fair.
[minnie the pig]
He was on a show which had few takers
Gabor was the star; it was called Green Acres.
[Rhonda]
Ah!!! that really was a blast
From my far and distant past.
[minnie]
Though it was eons past for chicks or steers
It's only forty-two in piggy years
[Thank you Douglas Adams, wherever you are - Rhonda]
