If you MUST play with fire
Keep a water bucket by yur.

playing with fire makes adrenaline flow,
for many people it is the way to go.
a life of excitement is what they need;
and good advice they NEVER heed.

Jumping off mountains and bridges and planes
Makes me wonder if really they're sane.
[Rhonda]
Sane or insane - it must be said
That those who do it are usually dead.
[minnie]
And some feel they'd not survive
A stock market's continued dive.
[Rhonda]
A handy window's right for some;
When down the Dow, down to pavements they come.
Broken bones is the least of their trouble;
Whenever there's another South Sea Bubble.

Bubble is as bubble does,
bubblicious just because
I can't buy low then sell high
I think I'll sit right here and cry
[Rhonda]
Long term investment strategy is the way to go;
Rather than to the pavement down below.
Buy up big and then sit tight
Watching the market's upward flight.
[minnie]
But how can I take such sage advice
I want it NOW at any price
Whether the high-road or down and dirty
I must be rich before I'm thirty.
[Rhonda]
The only way to be rich by thirty
Is to brace yourself to do the dirty.
Rob a bank's one way to do it,
Or marry rich and live to rue it.
To be an old man's darling could be done;
But to me it doesn't sound a lot of fun.
[minnie]
Neither option would I affirm
I'd rather work than on those terms.
[Rhonda]
Honest sweat makes us feel sanctimonious,
It helps to live a life harmonious;
money earned by the sweat of your brow
Can be more satisfying somehow.
