Chicken with Cheese and Bacon

1 Chicken
275 grammes (10 oz) good melting cheese
225 grammes (8 oz) bacon rashers

Wipe the chicken cavity with a paper towel.
Place the cheese in the cavity

On a cutting board spread out enough aluminium foil to completely encase the chicken.
Put three rashers of bacon on the foil, place the chicken on top, wrap the bacon around it and place the remaining bacon over the top of the chicken.

Seal the chicken in the foil and bake for at least one hour at 170ºC (325ºF).
