Buttered Eggs

For each person take:

2 eggs
1 (or more) teaspoon butter
seasoning

Melt the butter in a non-stick saucepan.
Add the eggs and seasoning and stir over low/moderate heat until the eggs are creamy.
Make sure that the egg mixture is only just set or the finished texture will be hard and crumbly.

Chopped parsley may be added before serving.

Chopped smoked salmon, cheese, tomatoes or other items, if desired, may be added before the cooking process.
