We visited several cemeteries during our time in Morocco and this page is going to be mostly pictures because I don’t know much about cemeteries. There are no Muslim burial grounds here. For the most part they are very simple with the graves marked out with small stones. The graves are aligned east/west and they are usually situated near shrines or other places of spiritual significance.
What I did photograph was the beautiful Jewish cemetery in Fez and some pictures of St Andrew’s Anglican Church and churchyard, Tangier.
