POT-DE-CHOCOLAT

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate bits [or use cooking chocolate]
1½ cups light cream, heated to just below boiling point
2 egg yokes
3 dessertspoons brandy or rum

Put everything into a blender and turn the switch to high speed until the racket stops. Pour into demitasse cups or something small, because it is very rich. Chill for about three hours.

Serves 6
