PIZZA

DOUGH
½ oz yeast
1 tablespoon oil
5 fl. oz warm milk
pinch of salt

FILLING
½ pint tomato sauce
garlic
½ teaspoon dried basil
3 sliced tomatoes
8 slices mild cheese (Mozzarella is best)
12 rib rashers of bacon

METHOD
Mix the milk with the yeast and add flour, oil and salt.
Roll out the dough to a round shape and make an edge to it.
Place the dough on a baking sheet and set to rise for 30 minutes.
Spread on tomato sauce, crushed garlic and basil.
Add the cheese and tomato slices.
Criss-cross the top with bacon rashers.

Bake for 30 minutes in a moderately hot oven.

Serve hot and enjoy!
