CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT CRUNCH

This recipe is dedicated to my youngest daughter. I found it in my recipe folder written in her handwriting. I haven't tried it yet.

100 gms Tim Tam© biscuits
300 mls cream
400 gms Nutella© (hazelnut chocolate spread)

Crush the biscuits finely either by hand or using a food processor fitted with a metal blade

Beat the cream until firm peaks form
Fold in the Nutella until thoroughly combined
Reserve ¼ cup of the biscuit crumbs for decoration and fold the rest of the crumbs into the chocolate cream
Refrigerate until ready to serve
Spoon into individual bowls and decorate with reserved biscuit crumbs

Serves 6
