HOW TO COOK COUS COUS

FAT FREE (Works for me)
For every cup of dry cous cous heat 1¼ cups boiling water and salt to taste. Add the cous cous, swirl around a bit and cover for 15 minutes. Fluff up with a fork and it is ready to serve.

RICHER METHOD
Put a large pinch of salt and a dribble of olive oil in the bottom of a non-stick saucepan. Add the amount of cous cous desired (50 - 100gms per person). Add the same volume of boiling water, swirl around a bit, cover and stand for 5 - 10 minutes.
Add a knob of butter and more salt to taste. Fork through so that the grains separate.
Heat gently and serve hot.
