IN MEMORIAM Sadly, we must report that our two little friends have now passed away, after spending nearly eight years with us. They are sorely missed. Both succumbed to illnesses associated with old age. They had long and healthy (and, we hope, happy) lives. Even so, losing them was very difficult. This page will remain online to provide information and encouragement to other owners - and prospective owners - but it will no longer be updated. In memory of our companions, we urge you to take good care of your own pets and enjoy their company while you can. Guinea Pigs are the most good natured of companions, asking little in terms of care and attention, and repaying your time and effort with tolerance and trust. Through their simple and often stoic little lives they teach us important lessons about our responsibility to the other creatures with which we share the world.
