

The Mental Illness Fellowship of WA originated in 1990 as the Schizophrenia Fellowship of WA. It was formed by a group of relatives of young people with schizophrenia. The founders had identified a critical need for community-based support for people suffering from the illness and their carers.
To meet this objective, the Fellowship has developed and delivered a number of practical and effective support services in the form of:
