What is Anxiety?


Anxiety is a normal feeling people experience when faced with threat or danger, or when stressed. Anxiety disorders are a group of illnesses in which the sufferer experiences continual or extreme discomfort and tension, sometimes with panic attacks, usually without a known cause.
