In 2003 MIFWA introduced a breakthrough training program for carers of people with mental illness.

Well Ways was developed by the Mental Illness Fellowship of Victoria. . It is a comprehensive support and education program that provides participants with new strategies, information and skills for coping and managing the day-to-day challenges of caring for a person with a mental illness.

Well Ways consists of eight three-hour sessions, held once a week for eight consecutive weeks.

To find out where and when the next Well Ways program will be run, contact MIFWA 9228 0200 or email
