What is Depression?


Most people experience periods of “low mood”, often triggered by sad or disappointing events in their life – such as a relationship break-up or the death of a loved one.

Some people, however experience “clinical depression”, an excessive or long-term period of depression that profoundly affects their mood, thinking, bodily functions or behaviours in many ways
