Spend Karma on Attribute Tests

All of the disciplines get abilities of the form, "May spend karma on a test using XXX only." We apply this ability to all tests based on the attribute, including all skill and talent tests based on that attribute. The character may not spend an extra karma if he is already allowed to spend karma on that test (ie. if it is a discipline talent). So far we have not found this interpretation to be unbalancing.
