As a general rule I allow characters to buy spells.

Spell cost (sp) = Spell Circle x 100

The cost of a teacher is as follows.

Price of Teaching (sp) = Base Cost x (Teachers Circle - Students Circle*)
* If this value is less than one then it should be made 1
