This is a black wool cloak. When the hood of the cloak is placed over the head the spell Nobody Here is cast (Earthdawn, p. 170).

This magical item was created post scourge by the Illusionist Helmgar, who was commisioned to make it for Gora'k the Thief. Once Helmgar made the item Gora'k conveniently disposed of him so that only one was made.

Key Knowledge: The wielder must learn that the name of the cloak is "Cloak of Nobody Here".
Effect: Casts the spell Nobody here once the hood is placed over the head. Use spellcasting as perception step + thread rank attached. Dispell difficulty = 10.

Effect: Dispell difficulty = 12.

Key Knowledge The character must learn the name of the Illusionist who created the cloak.
Effect: Dispell difficulty = 13.

Deed: The cloak uses some properties inherent in Elemental Air. The deed is to get an elementalist to infuse another kernel of Elemental Air. The deed is worth 3000 legend points
Effect: Dispell difficulty = 15. Spellcasting is now perceptions step + thread rank + 3.

Effect: The dispell difficulty = 17.
