Sahaja Yoga is a technique of meditation, that balances your subtle nervous system and as a consequence sorts out many problems caused by today's western lifestyle. Even at it's most basic level it is a powerful (but subtle) technique. For those that wish to take it further, the potential is infinite. This is not a trivial system, but works at many different levels. It is entirely up to the practitioner to decide. You are your own master in Sahaja Yoga. The knowledge is within us all, we only need to unlock it and become self aware. With Sahaja yoga this is a very easy process to initiate, requiring only that you practice it regularly: preferrably 10-15minutes every day, and you will rapidly feel the benefits. |
