Square Rock is located near the Corin Dam road in the central area of Namadgi National Park. The 8.5 km walk to the Rock starts on the Corin Dam Road at a place called Smokers Gap. A splendid view to the northeast with Canberra in the distance meets you on your arrival. On your way back you can take a detour and look out over the Orroral valley to the southeast.
