
Many actors, singers and famous people
are vegetarians or vegans for a variety of reasons.
These people, as you can see, look very healthy
and vibrant, with nice complexions. Believe it or not,
turning vegetarian *will* make you feel healthier
and eating a higher intake of vegetables will give you
more energy. I know, because after I became vegetarian,
I noticed an increasement in energy and felt a lot
healthier. Fruit, veggies and grains are very cleansing
food. Many sports people are also vegetarian, as
when they are training it ensures that they will be
at their healthiest and contributes to a great performance
in in whatever sport they compete in. Many models such
as Christie Brinkley (pictured above) are
also vegetarians as it may contribute to a healthier
look in the long run.
These people are proof that vegetarians/vegans
aren't skinny looking, under-weight or pale. This
is a myth. It is a fact that vegetarians and vegans
are healthier than meat eaters.
