As the Armoury Warden, Sergeant Adam has used his ability and willingness to assume his responsibilities to manage the armoury and he makes it happen.

Organisation of Work

During the reporting period Sergeant Adam has been able to logically arrange and prioritise tasks. As required, this SNCO has managed to produce the required written administration both for the courses he is the coordinator for and his secondary duties. As a flight, GDTF is often in a situation where we must manage by crisis and in these situations Sergeant Adam shows he is capable of playing the game.

Adaptability

Most ADG's learn very early in their career that they must be adaptable.
