Picked a copy up today, and after several goes to get the software DVD player to work, I sat down to play my first DVD on my system. I have to say the DVD edition is pretty sweet, the last time I watched akira was from a doggy tape from planet video that was worn and shit house.

Play with New English dubs and 5.1 sound.
Play with Old English dubs.
Play with Japanese voices and subtitles.
(no need for two tapes don't you just love DVD's)
Now I demand more Anime DVD's on my desk, it's a pitty I don't have much money. What's that how did you pay for this one you say? Well I had to sell one of my kidneys, now to sell 1/2 my brain as I don't use that much.
