It was a tough first quarter; Griffith came strong, kicking the first three goals.
Leeton fought back with two goals however the Swans kicked accurately to lead at the end of the quarter by 17 points.
The second quarter saw the ball move rapidly from end to end with both teams playing good hard footy.
Griffith again proved strong with their defence holding Leeton to only score 4 behinds.
The Swans went on to kick three more goals taking the lead to 34 points at half time.
Good lead up work by Jordie Pettit in the centre led to a well deserved goal by Zac Hopper early in the third quarter.
Griffith proved too strong and was quick to respond with another goal. It was a hard tough quarter with both sides battling it out hard.
The final quarter saw the Crows fight back with some good pressure around the ground.
The boys defended extremely well and Leeton managed to outscore Griffith for the quarter, however overall, Griffith were too good on the day and earned themselves the spot in the Grand Final.
