The title "Mostly Harmless" is from Douglas Addams' creation "The Hitch-hiker's Guide to the Galaxy" - a radio show that became a TV series, a horde of books, a computer game... and heaven knows what else..
Apparently the entire entry in The Guide for Earth had originally been "Harmless", but in the much-enlarged next edition this was revised to.... well, I'm sure you get the point.
Now, my connection to the story is only that of someone with fond memories of first hearing them, reading them, seeing them etc (and occasionally quoting them) - but some people have taken their enthusiasm a lot further.
