The creative department for AGENCY.COM peaked at 58 staff. I was in the very priveleged and stressful position of being the head of the department. We were all learning as we progressed. I would like to thank the co-founders of Online Magic Andy Hobsbawm and Eammon Wilmott for giving me the opportunity and support throughout my time in London.

Over the 4 years at AGENCY.COM I learnt an amazing amount and was very lucky to hire such an excellent team of professionals. I look back and am amazed at how much we achieved in such a short time. The staff tripled in size and we had a roller-coaster ride on the peaks and troughs of the .COM industry.
