Role: Art Direction, staff coordination and general moral support. Most rewarding moments have to be the time spent working with senior designer (whom I later promoted to head of department) Mark Coombes to creating interface designs for Intel and Deutsche Bank developing visual styling in line with brand guidelines.

Toughest project: Designed and presented three rounds of creative work for the global web interface for 'DB FX' worldwide. Coordinated staff to create work to professional standards, hit deadlines, acquired sign-off to schedule and AGENCY.COM was subsequently requested to carry out further work involving the development of a financial brand 'Volbroker'.
