After the completion of the installation for Japan, I was awarded a place at a residential workshop at the Brighton Media Centre.

This exceptionally inspiring week started me off on a journey of discovery about physical interaction and digital installation development - which culminated in the installation at the Lux cinema in 1999.

The sketches featured document the works and concepts discussed during and after this pivotal workshop. Physical interaction is still a key interest for me and something I would love to pursue.
