Urban Feedback Urban Feedback

Urban Feedback was first shown at Siggraph, Los Angeles in 1996.

The CDROM was later published on Neville Brody's 'Laboratory Label' thanks to Naomi Enami of 'Digitalogue' in Tokyo. The success and popular critical acclaim the disk received yielded a commission to design an installation for Graphic Arts Message in 1998.

Urban Feedback is constructed out of a series of 'reactive collages' that evoke the chaotic atmoshphere of the urban environments of London and Amsterdam. I created most of the structure and graphic design + production for the piece while Giles Rollestone worked on the interactive design, PR and ensured that the work actually got published.
