Photos of the Port Catherine Area:
- Looking from the centre of the development (James Rock) north to the Power Station
. A wide sand beach despite deliberate sand trapping by the Power Station
and groynes to the north (now saturated with sand).
- Same as above but further south, standing on the (natural) rock
. Beach erosion due to Power Station and groynes is still evident
in this area.
- View south from the top of the dunes
near the Power Station, the main road could be a convenient westward
boundary to the residential development. The secondary path on the
right is a multi use bicycle/pedestrian path from South beach to Woodman
Point (Lighthouse in the distance).
- Looking south across Coogee Beach
towards Woodman Point from the southern extremity of the development.
