This club is oriented to the more senior paddler, most people being over 55 and retired. Members meet on Thursday mornings between April and November. New members are encouraged to join in April when they can learn canoeing skills for the rest of the season. They paddle for enjoyment - it is a very social club.
There are camps several times a year. In February they paddle at Augusta, in June at Dwellingup on the Murray River (Upper Murray paddle) and in September they stay at Wellington Mills Cottages near Collie and paddle either the upper reaches of the Collie River or easy sections below Wellington Dam.
