Started paddling at an early age and is now one of the most experienced white water and flatwater (river) paddlers in the whole of WA. Has paddled most of the major marathon and white water events in Australia (including the Avon Descent) with many placings over the years. Has paddled in Europe and USA.
Designs boats, makes boats, teaches how to make boats, teaches
paddling and is an incredible source of general paddling info
from resins to why one boat 'works' and another doesn't.
Now has his own successful canoe business.
