STAINLESS STEEL FABRICATION
This stainless steel Aqueous Ammonia production plant was designed and built for Klen Chemicals for the manufacture of laboratory grade Aqueous Ammonia. Designed by Rolliston Engineering and manufactured in our workshops the unit has the capability to produce a particular percentage strength solution in one tank while holding a competed solution of a different strength in the other. The process is automatic and controlled by a PLC activating remote control valves. A separate system incorporating sprays and flow regulation circulates a flushing solution to ensure the cleanliness of the system. Modulated and constructed entirely from 316L stainless steel, including the pumps and valves, the system was installed on site with a minimum of fuss.
