P.K. Sri Manavikraman X Raja Thiruvannur Kovilakam, 147th Zamorin of Calicut, passed away recently aged 100 years. As the Zamorin, he was the trustee of 40 temples from Chemanchery to Palakkad; he had a permanent seat on the Guruvayur Sree Krishna Temple’s managing committee and his family managed the Zamorin’s Guruvayurappan College. He is survived by two daughters.

HH Princess Norodom Daravadey of the Cambodian Royal Family, passed away on 16th February 2012 at Montfermeil, she is survived by her husband, HH Prince Sisowath Samyl Monipong, and their two children.
