granted the estate of Auwa; married 1stly, Thakurani Indra Kanwar,

Thakurani Panna Kanwar, daughter of Bhati Thakur Jagat Singh of
Rampura, and had issue, four sons. He died 1706 in the battle of Dunada.

estate of Devandi (Rs. 5500) in 1751, he adopted his nephew, Kunwar Gaj

adoptive issue.

Harji, but was granted the estate of Auwa in 1708, when Champawat

Udai Bhan of Auwa, opposed Maharaja Ajit Singh of Marwar; married six
wives, including, Thakurani Vijai Kanwar, daughter of Bhati Thakur
Indrabhan Bhimsinhot of Lawera, married (b), Thakurani Heer Kanwar of
Shahpura family, married (c), Thakurani Panne Kanwar, daughter of
Solanki Thakur Sangram Singh of Roopnagar, and had issue, two sons and
three daughters. He was killed in 1724 by Maharaja Jai Singh of Jaipur
at Delhi. This was followed by the murder of Maharaja Ajit Singh of
Jodhpur two days later.

Thakur
Saheb of Auwa 1724/1750, after being insulted by
Maharaja Ram Singh of Marwar in 1750, he left Jodhpur to join with
Maharaja Bakhat Singh; he married seven wives, including, Thakurani
Chauhanji, daughter of Thakur Pratap Singh of Salari, married (b),
Thakurani Mool Kanwar, daughter of Bhati Thakur Rai Singh of Lawera,
and had issue, three sons and three daughters. He died 1750 in the
battle of Merta.

Thakur Saheb of Auwa 1774/1790, he fled to Mewar after the
murder of his father and was placed in command of Kumbhalgarh fort.
When Madhavrao Scindia attacked Marwar, Maharaja Vijay Singh of Marwar,
invited him to help Jodhpur against the Maratha forces. He returned
with his army and was seriously wounded in the battle of Merta. He died
of his wounds soon afterwards, and Maharaja Abhai Vijai Singh returned
the estate of Auwa to his family; married 1stly, Thakurani Ratan
Kanwar, daughter of Bhati Thakur Kishan Singh

Saheb of Auwa 1790/1804, a disagreement with Maharaja
Bhim Singh of Marwar, compelled him to leave Auwa in 1802 for Mewar and
Auwa was granted to Champawat Thakur Suraj Mal of Chirpatia. The estate
was returned to him in 1804, after Maharaja Man Singh ascended the gaddi
of Jodhpur; married 1stly, Thakurani Sardar Kanwar, daughter of Khichi
Thakur Gordhan Das Jagannathsinghot of Jayal, married 2ndly, Thakurani

a
prominent part in the 1857 mutiny and his estate was confiscated by
Jodhpur State with the help of the British authorities; he attempted to
recapture Auwa, but surrendered to the British on 8th August 1860, he
retired to
Udaipur where he eventually died; married 1stly, Thakurani Gulab
Kanwar, daughter of Khangarot Thakur Megh Singh Karansinghot of Diggi,
married 2ndly, Thakurani Kesar Kanwar, daughter of Solanki Thakur Nawal
Singh Sardarsinghot of Roopnagar,
